Would totally recommend and I would definitely not sell it for $600. I'm probably going to keep this computer for another 5+ years unless it dies. Ended up getting the battery, keyboard, trackpad, case, fans, and potentially the monitor (it looked new or was cleaned extremely well) for $300 which isn't too bad to make it feel like new. Took it in to the apple store and they diagnosed it as a swelling battery (seems like a problem for macs so if it looks like your case is fat, get it checked out). Only downside that happened is part of the trackpad stopped clicking and one of the fans starting running crazy loud. The only thing it cannot run are new video games or if you are deep into ML but old games still work great (I played GTA V on it ok when that came out). I have purchased SwitchResX but Im unable to. Whereas if I switch to 2560 x 1440 Im able to use 60Hz. Can run chrome, mysql server, web servers, and personal programs without breaking a sweat. Im using SwitchResX to use a custom resolution of 3840 x 2160. Also many 4k TVs have only specific ports that can handle 4k/60 (on mine there's only 1 HDMI 2.0 port that can do 4k/60 in 4:2:0, the rest are limited. Under 'Monitor Settings,' use the drop-down menu to select the refresh rate you wish. If it can do 60Hz it may be limited to those setting and not be able to do RBG or 4:4:4. Try to change the display settings in the Nvidia control panel to YCbCr 4:2:2 or 4:2:0 at 3840x2160 60hz. According to this article on Wikipedia, it should be fine if your Acer supports HDMI 1.3. No idea what's causing that, but it happens with my M1 MBP as well - just less often.
Ahh Newegg states that the FuryX is using hdmi 2.0, I guess they are wrong.

The only option for 4K 60 Hz with this card is DisplayPort, which isnt much help if the TV doesnt have a DisplayPort input but if it does then all you need is a DisplayPort cable. Under Big Sur everything launches in full screen, or in a really random position and size. The Fury X supports HDMI 1.4 and you need HDMI 2.0 or later for 4K 60 Hz. SwitchResX is a tool to manage resolutions on your Mac. Under Catalina, my wife's MBP would remember window positions and sizes from one boot to the next.
